We also gather your Usage data, which includes interactions you had with the different services we provide you with such as the number of images generated, models used, workflows created, and number of personal models trained.

We may also use your Usage data for marketing purposes and communications unless you decide to opt out. Argil doesn’t collect any information from third parties used to propose our services.

Argil is not responsible for the output you get, we enable the possibility to scale your creation and automate it. We’re not responsible for any misleading content created on the basis of the foundational models proposed in our platform. AI foundational models are known to proceed to hallucination, AI considers it’s telling the truth but it’s in reality making things off.
Any harmful content that may arise from such an event is not the responsibility of Argil but of the foundational model used on the platform.Argil is an intermediary.
